Sky Energy, a tech-driven green energy company, has added electric vehicles to its portfolio.
The company is set to unveil the electric vehicles next week, according to its chief executive officer Schizzo Thomson.
He said the company has taken a pioneering step towards a sustainable future by introducing the electric vehicles to its portfolio in the country.
“We are proud to be the first company in the region to bring electric cars to Malawi.
“Our lineup includes renowned brands such as Citroen, Wuling Air, BYD, and Tesla. We are showcasing our commitment to providing diverse and cutting-edge solutions for eco-conscious transportation,” said Thomson.
He added that the strategic expansion aligns seamlessly with their mission to drive positive environmental impact and promote a greener tomorrow for the people of Malawi.
Thomson said in acknowledging the importance of a comprehensive charging infrastructure, they will have fast chargers that will be strategically installed across all major cities in the country.
He said:”This strategic network of fast chargers will not only facilitate seamless long-distance travel but also contribute to the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.”
